Poster Session
General information
We invite the submission of proposals for poster presentation at the TELL ME project conference.
Poster submissions may describe recently completed work or highly relevant results of work in progress in the field of risk and outbreak communications.
Poster submissions must be in English. The submission must include an abstract (250 words or less), plus a draft of the final poster. Please be aware that the poster draft is mandatory. Please prepare your poster in landscape format with the following dimensions: 60cm x 120cm.
The poster should include the following key features and information:
- Title
- Author(s) names(s), institution/affiliation
- Introduction of research topic
- Short description of applied methods
- Results
- Discussion and conclusion
All accepted posters will be put up for viewing for the duration of the conference (08:45 – 18:00) on the 5th of December. Posters should be set up between 08.30 and 08:45 on the same day.
Handouts of a summary of your work or copies of the poster can be posted in a folder attached to the poster board.
Important Dates
Deadline for submission of posters has been extended to 14 November 2014. Acceptance/rejection notification by 21 November 2014.
